This experience was so common that it is now known as the; WHAT THE HECK EFFECT! Not only did my body take on a new look, but my strength increased.

Then one morning I looked in the mirror and noticed a change in my body that I had not seen before.

I had an improved feeling of physical mastery.

Before then, I had only seen the exercises performed on videos.

The new strength I gained was not like anything I'd experienced in the past.

It was about 6 weeks before I was to take my instructor certification course.

The strength was more GO strength than Show .

I knew that kettlebells would recharge my own strength and conditioning program but what I didn t know was how much these hunks of cast iron would change my view on what was possible with strength and conditioning.

I soon learned that what I was experiencing was common among my fellow classmates in my kettlebell training course.

For six weeks straight, the only thing I did was train with kettlebells.
